All documents are stored and once approved the expiry dates trigger a compliance status changes.

Modify some system generated emails to suit your business. Emails are used for document expiry reminders.

Bulk Upload

You can add your contractor basic company information via a bulk upload spreadsheet or individually via the system.

CONTRACTOR MODULE FEATURES IN DETAIL

Company Details

Contractors receive an invitation to register, they logon to the system and enter all their company details.

Questions

Each contractor must answer all questions prior to their status changing to ready for approval.

Contacts

Each contractor can have more than one contact. Although they must nominate a primary contact.

Internal Notes

Admin Users can record internal notes and upload internal documents not visible to the contractor.

Insurances

You can upload the contractor insurances, or your contractors can upload via their own portal.

Certs & Licences

You can upload the contractor certificates and licences, or your contractors can via their own portal.

Personnel Docs

Documents can be loaded for contractor employees. These do not trigger a company level non-compliance.

General Docs

Any general documents can be loaded into the system, IE: policies, procedures, SWMS.

CONTRACTOR MODULE EXTRA FEATURES

Insurance Protect

A contractor can not edit an insurance document, to protect data integrity, the document can only be replaced and archived.

Existing

If a contractor is already in the system with another client, you can invite them to your system and they simply accept your invite.

Approving

A contractor can only go live after approval. Once all documents are loaded and questions answered, approval will be available.

Internal Docs

You can load internal documents against a contractor (not visible to the contractor)
EG: Audits, Reports.

Inactive

If you no longer want to use a contractor, you can make them inactive. Their data and documents will remain in your system.

Dashboard

On the dashboard you can see at a glance your overall compliance summary. Clickable to open specific items.

Learning

The contractor module is linked to our Learning Module, so you can nominate courses for your contractor employees.
