One the hardest parts of implementing a new system is getting your data
in the system.
This can be time consuming for a client, but Perentie Apps can
assist your contractors through the process. We can be a
single point of contact for them.
Onboarding is getting all data and documents into the system. We can bulk upload your contractors and suppliers, assigned them to sites and departments. Your contractors will be issued with login's and we can guide them through loading their information. We can be the temporary point of contact for your contractors.
Another option is you provide all the data and documents. and we load them into the system on your contractor's behalf, this does require you having all current data and documents available.

If you choose to do the contractor system setup and loading yourself WITHOUT receiving formal system training you will be directed to the knowledge base and videos for support.
Please do not expect our staff to constantly give training over the phone for free.
